Morning Meditation in Rottingdean

Wednesdays 8-9 a.m. | St. MARGARET’s COTTAGE

We welcome you to our Meditation Mornings – where we start the day with insight and awareness of the present moment.
We will be spending 20 minutes stretching and connecting with our physical body, 20 minutes in silence training our mind to focus on our rhythmical breathing and 20 minutes doing automatic writing to free our creative spirit.
Every Wednesday morning, throughout the year, in a supportive and nurturing environment, we ease our way towards becoming the wonderful beings that we are born to be
